Thank you for the article. My take is simple, Netflix is about making money. Netflix thus will offer, invite people to do shows to draw audiences and those people can't resist the "almighty dollar." Like it or hate it, she got paid and now she can breathe. If it's well-received then she can make a comeback, if not she got her pay for that day.
