In cases like these, we should welcome re-trials, because if he is guilty, he remains incarcerated, but if he is innocent, it is vitally important to ensure that not only is he released, but that the murderers are found and brought to book. I did not doubt his guilt, but I also know that The Innocence Project, are meticulous in its investigation and won't accept a case where the evidence strongly suggests guilt.
