Race is a social construct!!! Race isn't real!!! Yeah, yeah. However, the EFFECTS of racism are REAL and negatively impact Black and Brown people worldwide daily.

We can't be trying to remove the very real harm of racism and white privilege by focusing on humanity. Here you are preaching to the victims of inhumanity. You should be gathering a bunch of white people, especially men and talking about your white and male privilege. In other words, speak to the recipients of this unearned privilege.

Just btw, while we all know Santa isn't real, the EFFECTS of Santa are real for children who believe in him.
Apply the same principle to race.
